How you define CrossFit depends entirely on your goals. Your goal may be to lose weight. To improve your marathon or triathlon time. To get healthy enough to chase after your grand children. To break out a fitness rut or training plateau. To improve your mental stamina and focus to get stronger. It is hard to describe CrossFit until you try it. Some people say it’s a little like boot camp. Others, that its kinda like circuit training with steroids. No matter what it reminds you of, it is ultimately a tool to help you achieve your goals. Come to class and you’ll see us running, weightlifting, rowing and climbing walls. You’ll find yourself doing things you’ve done before and other things you never thought you’d able to do. You will surprise yourself. You will get stronger. You will get faster. You will meet your goals and find yourself setting new ones.
